– You can find one because there is a German player who wears glasses. I have no idea about how you can get one though. I think if you Google it, you might come up with results about how to get one.

So i am playing rugby this year with my school.
i have poor eyesight and i can’t wear contacts.
My question is whether i am allowed to wear sports goggles while i play?

No chance. The laws prohibit wearing glasses or goggles. It would be dangerous to yourself and to other players.

only if your eye sight is that bad without glasses and you don’t have contacts the yea. its either that or play blind.

I’m currently throwing the shot put and discus for my high school track team. My current prescription glasses keep falling off my head and I’m thinking of buying a pair of sport eye equipment. Would you recommend sports glasses or sports goggles?
I hate wearing contacts, it irritates my eyes..

Goggles and glasses are not good when you’re playing a sport .. it’s better to use contact lenses .. NIKE came out with these really cool contact lenses made for like different sports and stuff .. they take the glare away and they are like sunglasses .. you can see so much better in the outfield with a pair of amber ones and the greenish ones are good for soccer .. if you go to NIKE’s website they have all the information there

I bought a pair of Oakley L-frame goggles, not knowing they were intended for Moto-X, as I discovered on the Oakley website. Would I still be able to use these for snow sports (snowboarding)? What exactly makes snow goggles different than Moto-X goggles? I plan on changing the lens from clear to persimmon. Thanks!

it doesn’t matter, the only difference is the shape and how they fit into the helmet (if u wear one) . they only thing it is intended to do is keep wind, snow and debris from flying at ur face, so either way it is getting the job done.

if you are on a swim team then you can find them at meets in the pro shop. look for swedish goggles. They may look goofy because the nose piece is made of elastic strap but they are some of the best goggles out there for racers, and definetely the best for your buck. If you go on kiefer.com or other sites to order them you can easily get a pair for $3

I just got contacts today and it feels really uncomfortable. Some people say that contacts may fall out while you play. I am not used to contacts, I’ve just always wore glasses. It seems to difficult. It is hard to get it in and out of your eye. But at the same time basketball goggles are so ugly. The sports straps that you put on the ends of your glasses seem fine. I’d rather have that.

But I want opinion (People that have played basketball please)

I like contacts, they are comfortable and you don’t even feel them!
